Share your prayers, thoughts, concerns for those who were at the Boston Marathon today when two explosions rocked the finish line, killing two and injuring dozens.  Shame on whoever did this, we hope they are caught and punished accordingly.

Monday 04.15.13

Now that the open is over, we have reviewed our open gym hours.  As of today, the gym open hours will be from 11:00 am-12:00pm.   Additionally, we added a regular class on Thursday at 4:30 pm.

Over the last few months, we have seen an increase of members doing additional movements/lifting during classes.  We encourage your motivation and hard work, but we want to make sure our box is a safe place for everyone.  Also some of our classes are pretty packed so space is an issue (That will change as soon as the tenant in unit 5 moves out and we take over).  Please don’t do this anymore unless you check with the trainer, or  else, try to make the open gym hours.  We appreciate your understanding.
