Endurance

Join our Endurance Team and start having some fun. We will dial in your training program, nutrition, race schedule, and anything else related to the air we breathe.  SCCF Endurance meets on Tuesdays 6:30 (at the gym) and Thursdays 6:30 (track, trail, pool, or….)

    I cannot stress how helpful Luis and this method of running has been beneficial towards my training. Anyone who is active, not just “runners,” should check this out and learn this way to help them for all future workouts.
